Driver Education Program for Teen Students
Online Classes
(Minors/Under 18 years old)
Driver Education is a 30 hour course for teens, between ages 15½ and 17½. Our Driving Education (Online) course will fulfill your mandatory California DMV Driver Education requirements. It is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week via the Internet. You can take this course anytime and anywhere at your own pace.
Once you successfully complete Driver Education, you can obtain your CALIFORNIA Instruction Permit.
Procedure to Obtain a California Driver License
Training for Minors
(15½ to 17½ Years Old)
1. Driver Education
30 hours online
2. Pass DMV written test (to get permit to drive)
3. Behind-The-Wheel Training
6 hours minimum
(3 classes of 2 hours each)
4. Minimum 6 months practice period
(50 hours) accompanied by a person who is at least 25 year old with a valid California driver license
5. Pass DMV driven test and get a CALIFORNIA DRIVER LICENSE
